50 Cell Monolith

The 50 cell monolith is utilized mostly in applications with little or no air stream particulate. With its high surface area, 50 cell bed heights can be one layer lower than the standard 40 and 43 cell type while achieving the same thermal energy recovery. The lower bed heights reduce media cost as well as RTO unit cost and can be installed into small footprint areas. At present this cell geometry is available in all the standard materials.
