High Performance Monolith Ceramic Heat Exchange Media
Lexco and our manufacturing partner, Ceram Ibiden Porzellanfabrik Frauenthal GmbH, have over 30 years combined experience supplying ceramic heat exchanger products, including many technological firsts. The outstanding performance of monolith media can increase flows of existing RTOs or reduce the media volume of existing units.
Ceramic Saddles
Our American-made saddles are appropriate for most applications.
RTO Hybrid (Monolith and Saddle Solutions)
Certain RTO configurations can benefit from combining monolith media with saddles (random packing).
Spacers and Other RTO Heat Transfer Structures
Lexco provides additional monolith shapes, including those with S-type spacers to avoid blockage as well as arch block shapes to increase homogenous flow; and expansion spacers to reduce breakage.
